What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone, addresses you save.
- Order info: items, delivery address, payment method, timestamps.
- Device info: device model, OS version, push notification token, app version.
- Location: with your permission, your precise location so we can show nearby zones and route deliveries.
How we use it
- To deliver your orders and contact you about them.
- To improve product recommendations and recover dropped carts.
- To detect fraud and abuse.
- To send transactional and (with your consent) promotional notifications.
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners: the address + your phone number so they can reach you.
- Payment processors (Razorpay): payment details, encrypted in transit.
- Service providers: infrastructure, analytics, push notifications.
- We never sell your personal data.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your saved addresses anytime from the app.
- Disable promotional notifications in Profile → Notification preferences.
- Email privacy@pakkathu.app to request account deletion.
Security
We use TLS for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. No system is perfectly secure — protect your account password and don't share OTPs.
