Delivery Policy

Delivery area

We deliver only within active zones. Use the location picker on the home screen to check whether your area is serviceable.

Timing

• Standard: 10 minutes from order acceptance (best-effort, not guaranteed).
• Operating hours: 7 AM – 11 PM, all days.
• During festivals, monsoons or surge demand, delivery times may be longer. The app shows a live ETA at checkout.

Charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹199.
• Below ₹199 — a small delivery fee applies (shown at checkout).
• Late-night and surge timings may carry an additional fee, clearly disclosed at checkout.

Address requirements

• Provide an accurate, complete address including landmark and floor number for apartments.
• Inaccurate addresses can cause delays or failed deliveries.

At your door

• Riders carry a 4-digit delivery code; ask for it before handing over cash.
• For paid orders, confirm the 4-digit code shown in My orders → Delivery code to the rider.

Failed deliveries

If we can't reach you at the doorstep after 2 attempts within 10 minutes, the order is returned to the store and you'll be refunded any prepaid amount.
