The promise

Quick-commerce isn't a gimmick — it's a logistics choice. Every Pakkathu shop is within 2 km of the addresses it serves, holds inventory at the storefront (not a regional warehouse), and is partnered with a delivery rider on standby.

How the timeline works

1. 00:00 — You place the order. The shop sees it instantly.
2. 00:30 — Shop accepts; rider is paged.
3. 02:00 — Items are bagged and waiting at the counter.
4. 06:00 — Rider picks up. GPS tracker goes live.
5. 10:00 — Doorbell.

If any leg slips, you get a notification — not a silent delay.
